Living the FOUR Agreements~

First Agreement: Be Impeccable With Your Words.

GOOD MORNING DAY~

I have decided to re-read the FOUR Agreements. It has been years since I have explored the principles Don Ruiz shares. Sometimes we need guidance. Reminders… support… new ways of loving ourselves.

There is learning to be found in ALL things and from all those we come in contact with. We can not continue to resist the truth staying closed to things being revealed to us. We must remain OPEN and remember to BREATHE! Change is for our greatest good.

I AFFIRM: This week I am making changes for ME~

The Four Agreements:

1. Be Impeccable With Your Words. Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid gossiping about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

2. Don’t Take Anything Personally. Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream.

3. Don’t Make Assumptions. Communicate as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4. Always Do Your best. Your best is going to change from moment to moment, it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Simply do your best and you will avoid self judgement, self abuse and regret.
