Becoming Vulnerable 30 Day Writing Challenge day 20:

In my dreams last night I traveled all over. I was on buses, trains, on foot and running everywhere. I was trying to be everything to everyone. My parents were on their way to the airport. I wanted to spend some time with them before they flew back home to Florida. Its funny how for most of my life I wanted to do everything in my power to get away from them and now as they get older I want even ten minutes of time with them and cherish every second I have with them.

I am thinking a lot about who I was years ago and who I am today… this introspection makes sense because its my birthday in a few days.

This weekend I was surrounded by the most beautiful women. My Saturday and Sunday was filled with creativity and so much love. I was reminded to pay attention to everything… everyone… lets not waste a moment.

Take a deep breath… sit somewhere comfortable… don’t think about it… allow what comes up to guide you. We will start with a warm-up, set your timer for (5 minutes):

Warm-up prompt (5 minutes): YESTERDAY WAS… (BEGIN!)

Deep breath– release…

Day 20 prompt: THE PATTERNS OF MY LIFE… (Set timer for (15 minutes)BEGIN!)

The patterns of my life…

END TIME!!!

Tell me about your process… How do you feel?

I look forward to reading your responses.
