Night & Day Cookies
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup baking cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cream butter, sugars and vanilla until fluffy; blend in cocoa, eggs and baking soda. Add flour; mix well. Fold in chips; shape dough into 1-1/2 inch balls. Place 3-inches apart on greased baking sheets; bake at 325 degrees for 14 to 16 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; transfer to wire cooling racks.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.

These look delicious! I love to bake, too. I will have to try them out. I don’t believe I will get them made by Easter but I am going to share that verse with my kids when I make them, whenever I make them.
